Use of the PilotTrack iOS application is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), unless separate terms are provided in the future.
Important Aviation Disclaimer
PilotTrack is an organizational aid. It does not replace official records, aviation regulations, company procedures, medical advice or operational decision-making.
Any Go / No Go, Restricted Go, day/night or similar indicator depends on the accuracy and completeness of the data entered by the user and does not constitute legal, regulatory, medical or operational clearance.
Logbook and Recordkeeping
PilotTrack includes logbook and flight-recording features. You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legal sufficiency of your entries and for ensuring that your records meet any applicable regulatory, employer or operator requirements.
Calculators and Tools
PilotTrack includes aviation calculators and planning tools intended to assist with routine calculations. Results must be independently checked where required and do not replace approved operational data, flight manuals, official weather information, regulations or professional judgment.
Subscriptions
PilotTrack offers a Free Plan and may offer auto-renewable PilotTrack Pro subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, trial eligibility and refund handling are subject to Apple's App Store terms and the settings of the user's Apple ID account. Prices may vary by storefront.
